Dale is our practice manager. She keeps us all on our toes, makes sure things get done, and knows all about billing and scheduling surgeries. Holly is the office manager. She is in charge of billing and she will be happy to answer any of your billing related questions. Cindy is the patient service representative. She coordinates insurance coverage for IUDs and Implanon. Lindsey helps with billing. The receptionists are Nettie, Lauren, Nicki and Shelley. They will meet you at the desk, help you sign in and fill out paperwork, and answer your questions. At the end of your visit if you need to schedule a follow-up appointment or if you need help scheduling your ultrasound or mammogram, they will be happy to assist you. Mandy, Wendy, Shannon, Angela and Shelley are our medical assistants. They will take you to your exam room, check your blood pressure, weight, and ask you some basic questions. They often assist with your pap smear or other procedures and can answer many of your questions. After your visit, they may call you with test results or prescriptions. Pat does most of the paperwork for our pregnant patients. She knows the ins and outs of most insurance providers and makes sure that you have everything you need for your OB visits.
Joanna is our surgical
coordinator. She will coordinate the date and time of your surgery and
communicate with your primary care provider to ensure all the necessary paperwork is
done. She will also clear your surgery with your insurance. She will make sure you are
prepared for your surgery and is available to answer your questions. |
